After a long trip up the coast we finally made it to Cairns and booked onto our Great Barrier Reef diving trip, since the trip left from Port Douglas, a small marina 40 minutes north of cairns, we decided to head up the coast and visit Cape Tribulation at the very top of thr east coast then come back down to Port Douglas for our diving trip ... Did the Van make it I hear you Ask ... well .. read on to find out!

En route to Cape Trib
I'm the Queen of the World! 		Some fantastic beaches along the way!
Chillin by Our faithful Van as we wait for the Ferry up to Cape Trib! Because I was thinking of going for a dip!
You've gotta love tha Van! Since we'd been driving for a good few hours I pub stop was a must ... what better than a pub on the beach!

In the Jungle the Mighty Jungle! Finally we make it to Cape Trib, its the only point on the Ozy coast where the rain forests actually meet the barrier reef!
Our Cape Trib home, PK's Jungle Village ... Just so prove that I never forget about the mighy reds! Even though I'm 11,000 miles away!
Rach and I hit PK's jungle bar for an evening of Snake Bite and bush tukka! After that late night we thought we'd take in a little bit of the rain forest!

Time to head back down south for our Diving Trip! Just puts things into perspective ... back home all we have to worry about hitting is rabbits ....
